Immigration Partners - Making Migration Easy

Spouse / Partner Visas
If you are in a relationship with an Australian citizen, an Australian permanent resident or Eligible New Zealand citizen, you may be eligible to apply for the Prospective Spouse, Partner or Interdependent visa (normally for same sex couples).  There are several options and we can advise a strategy dependent upon your circumstances.  Please send us an email providing a short description of your relationship.

Parent Migration
Australia has a huge migrant population. There will be many of us who have parents who are living overseas. If you are an Australian citizen or permanent resident and have been settled (i.e. living) in Australia for at least 2 years then you may be able to sponsor your parents for migration to Australia. In addition to meeting the requirements for a visa, your parent must meet the balance of family test. Please send us an email describing the circumstances.

Last Remaining Relative – If you and where appropriate your spouse do not have any close relatives living in the current country of residence you may qualify for a permanent visa to join your Australian relatives, usually resident in Australia.

Aged Dependent Relative – A permanent visa for aged persons who are dependant on their family in Australia.

Carer - If your Australian relative or a member of their family unit, has a medically certifiable condition which needs constant care, you may qualify for a visa.

Child - For children from overseas who have at least one parent that is an Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or eligible New Zealand Citizen. Adopted & step children may qualify.

If you would like to discuss your options for family immigration, please send us an email describing your circumstances.
