sensitive information from you for the primary purpose
of carrying out its business activities and functions.
Information is only obtained by lawful and fair means.
We collect
our information from you directly by means of our
application form that we ask you to complete and
documents that we may request for your visa application,
skills assessment, and/or financial assessment. Other
means of collecting information may include contacting
your former employers for a reference. Your personal
information may also be collected from results of health
and character checks and results of IELTS.

decide not to provide certain information this may
restrict us in our ability to produce a successful

And Disclosure
Immigration Partners may use or disclose your personal
information for the purpose of evaluating and processing
your visa application. Your personal information will
only be used or disclosed for the primary purpose for
which it is collected except where required by law or
with the written consent of the individual.

Quality
Immigration Partners takes reasonable steps to make sure
the personal information we collect and disclose at the
time of application is accurate, complete and up to
date. If you believe this personal information is no
longer accurate, complete or up to date please advise us
immediately.

Security
Immigration Partners takes reasonable steps to
protect the personal information it holds from misuse
and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or
disclosure. At such time when we no longer need your
personal information it will be destroyed or
de-identified permanently.

Openess
This document is available to any person who supplies us
with personal information or to any person who requests
it. Upon request an individual can get more information
about the management of their personal information.
6. Access
And Correction
As an applicant for a visa application you can
access and correct the personal information we hold
about you. You can contact us with your request by
email, fax, phone or mail. (see our contact details in
section 1). Your identity will need to be confirmed
before any information can be accessed or corrected.

Identifiers
Immigration Partners does not use identifiers for
individuals used by the Commonwealth Government e.g.
Medicare, Centrelink, and passport numbers. This does
not prevent us from viewing the documents to establish
the identity of an individual.
8.
Anonymity
We can only deal with applicants who properly
identify themselves and provide accurate information.
9.
Trans-border Data Flow
Immigration Partners will only have cause to
transfer personal information overseas to satisfy the
requirements of the visa application.
10.
Sensitive Information
Sensitive information may include information about
any criminal records or health issues. This
information is important to a visa application. In
most cases sensitive information of this nature may only
be collected or disclosed with your consent or if
required by law.
